The site was first started in 2006, originally only hosting Card Captor Zanka. However, after the owner of the domain (Berri) had a lapse of inactivity, the site was reduced to collecting dust.
In 2010, Berri started a number of other projects and offered to host for her other friends. Since then, the site has become the host to a number of projects run by a number of artists.

Sugarwingz.net doesn't accept requests to be hosted anymore. Berri offers her hosting help to friends who need it. They don't ever ask her for it. So please, don't bug her about hosting.
